The product is omnichannel: it commonly runs on the website, WhatsApp, Telegram and Messenger, and other channels are connected to fit the business. The starting roles are: AI Receptionist, AI Sales Consultant, AI Customer Care and AI Operations Assistant, and many more AI Employees are coming; custom roles are built around a business. Each customer gets their own deployment, built around their industry, policies and tools (not a shared app), and the team adds the channels, integrations and workflows the business needs, and keeps adding as it grows.
